I’m the person who doesn’t use lip balms or lip glosses regularly, because I find them heavy and not effective on chapped lips.
But this lip balm changed everything, I actually keep reminding myself to use it because I love how it feels on my lips! It keeps them so hydrated, and since I have two-toned pigmented lips, I can see a slight tone change in my lower lip, which is impressive! Highly recommended!
