Refund policy

1. We do not offer refunds for any of the purchases made on the website. I exchange the product if damaged. 
2. We will require proof for the damage as stated. 
3. For any exchange of products purchased from the website, the policy lasts for 15 days. Any exchange initiated after 15 days will not to considered. 
3. To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused and it should be in the state it was delivered. 
4. We will initiate return from our side only if wrong product was sent to you by us.  
5. We do not accept return for the reason that the product did not suit you.

6. We will send the item in exchange only after I receive the product to be exchanged.

7. We will measure the items received to be exchanged and confirm the quantity and quality before processing the exchange.
